Why specialists join

Clients beyond your city

People from every region book audio and video sessions, so your practice is no longer limited by distance.

Demand for your languages

English-speaking specialists are scarce, and many people want care in their own language. We match by language first.

Paid by Mobile Money

Payouts to your mobile money or bank account. Clients pay before the session, so no chasing.

Your rate, your hours

Set your prices within an allowed range and open only the hours you want. Booked sessions keep their price.

Less paperwork

With your client's consent, AI drafts a SOAP or DAP note after the session. You edit and sign it; the audio is then deleted.

A safe platform

Verified colleagues, a clear crisis protocol, encrypted sessions and support from our clinical team.

Founding specialists

Join the first 25 to 40 specialists.

We are building the first cohort before we open to the public, so every early member starts with a full calendar of interest, not an empty profile.

Apply to the founding cohort
  • A reduced commission for your first six months (standard is 15% of completed sessions)
  • A founding specialist badge on your profile
  • A direct line to the team that builds the app, and a say in what comes next
  • Priority placement as we open new cities and new countries

No sign-up fee and no subscription. We only earn when a session takes place.

Applying

Apply in seven short steps.

  1. Create an account
  2. Tell us about your practice and licence
  3. Add the languages you counsel in
  4. Verify your identity: licence and ID
  5. Choose the sessions you offer and your prices
  6. Set your weekly hours
  7. Add your Mobile Money or bank payout

Then a short onboarding interview confirms your languages before your profile goes live.

Who can apply

Licensed mental-health professionals practising in Cameroon: clinical and counselling psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, mental-health nurses and clinical social workers. Questions from specialists

How much does Solace Care take?

15% of each completed session, and nothing else. Founding specialists pay a reduced commission for their first six months. Cancelled sessions follow the cancellation policy shown to clients at booking.

When do I get paid?

Payouts run on a regular schedule to your Mobile Money or bank account. You see every session and payout in the app.

Can I keep my existing practice?

Yes. Most specialists use Solace Care alongside a clinic, hospital or private practice. You open only the hours you want.

Do you record sessions?

No. If you and your client both turn on AI notes, the audio is processed to draft a note and then deleted. Notes are yours to edit and sign.
